The DreamMaker Process:
- Step 1: Meet with a DreamMaker designer in our design center here in Oneonta. Book your appt. online on the main web page or call 205.661.2284.
- Step 2: A project retainer of $250 is paid and a site visit is scheduled. During the site visit we take complete measurements and photos of your project, discuss your dreams and ideas for the space, and discuss your the anticipated budget range that your project will fall into.
- Step 3: You will meet with the designer again and go over preliminary designs that have been made based on the information gathered at the site visit. You will discuss any general budget changes at this time as well as finish and fixture changes that you would like to make.
- Step 4: You will review the specifications and final design, make any product or design changes necessary, then finalize the budget and draw up a contract.
- Step 5: The contract is signed, a 50% deposit paid and orders are placed for materials and trades are scheduled for the job. The designer will go over the schedule and process of installation.
- Step 6: ONCE ALL PRODUCTS ARE RECEIVED, THE FUN BEGINS! Second payment of 40% due the week prior to product delivery. Your design will handle all questions or concerns that you have during the entire process. We will do their best to ensure a quality installation and a fabulous finished space.
