The DreamMaker Process:

Step 1: Meet with a DreamMaker designer. Our designer will listen to all of your wants and needs for your new kitchen or bath so they can incorporate your wishes and desires into your new space. Step 2: A designer will come and do a home survey. At this time they will take measurements and pictures, look at any structural, plumbing or electrical issues that will affect the design and estimate.

Step 3: Presentation. You will meet with the designer again and go over preliminary designs and discuss a general budget estimate. Further details and designs will be created after a design retainer has been given. Kitchen design retainer $500 / Bathroom $300.

Step 4: After the Design Retainer is given more ideas and plans will be explored in order to create detailed specifications and contracts.

Step 5: After the contract is signed and orders are placed, the designer will arrange a pre-start conference to go over the schedule and process of installation.

Step 6: AND THE FUN BEGINS! Your designer will be your main contact throughout the entire installation process. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact your designer. They will do their best to ensure a quality installation and a fabulous finished space.
